What is VAMP/PDRN

Treatment Protocol

Little to no downtime:

Expect mild redness for 24–48 hours

Each appointment lasts around 1 hour and 30 minutes. Please note that you will not be able to shower afterward, so if you need to wash your hair, plan to do so before your treatment. Also, be aware that post-treatment redness is common—you may prefer to avoid making plans for the rest of the day.

Aftercare Instructions for VAMP/PDRN Treatment

Following your treatment, it’s normal to experience mild redness or localized inflammation, similar to a sunburn. This should subside within 24 to 48 hours.

Key Aftercare Guidelines:

Avoid direct sun exposure for 7 days after your treatment.
For the first 48 hours, steer clear of extreme temperatures, including very cold environments, saunas, steam rooms, and hot tubs.
Refrain from swimming and intense physical activity for at least 48 hours.

Follow the specific recommendations provided by your aesthetician, and be sure to use hydrating products—such as the Dermaroller Hyaluronic Acid Serum—along with any additional products they suggest.

During the first 2 to 4 days, avoid picking, peeling, or touching the treated area to allow proper healing.

Pre-Treatment Guidelines:

To ensure the best results from your treatment, please follow these recommendations:

It's recommended to arrive with clean skin, free of makeup, creams, or lotions. If possible Avoid blood thinning medication's for 48 hours before treatment. Do not stop blood thinning medications without consulting with your physician

Two Weeks Before Treatment:

Avoid cosmetic-grade chemical peels.
Do not receive any cosmetic injectables.
Limit extended sun exposure and consistently apply sunscreen.
Refrain from facial waxing, retinol products, IPL treatments, and laser hair removal.

One Week Before Treatment:

Discontinue use of exfoliants, scrubs, acids, retinol, and any products containing vitamin A.
Reduce sun exposure as much as possible.

Who should avoid this treatment?

VAMP should not be used by:

Patients with any skin disease or abnormalities
Patients with a history of autoimmune disease or those receiving immunotherapy
Patient with known hypersensitivity or allergy to any ingredients
Pregnant or breast-feeding women
Patients under 22 years of age

How long do the effects last?

Effects can last up to three months following the recommended protocol of three treatment at 30 day intervals.
