Lash Extension Policy

We ask that when you come in for your beautiful full set or fill that you remove any and all eye makeup before your service. If you cannot do so before hand, please arrive 15 minutes early so either yourself or staff (if time allows) can remove all eye makeup.

We will fill other salon’s work, as long as it is done correctly. We absolutely WILL NOT fill another salon’s work if there is improper application techniques or damage to your natural lashes. We will recommend a removal and either a lash serum to repair previous damage and/or a new set.

We require at least 40% of your lashes remaining to be considered a fill. Anything less than that will be considered a full set and you will be charged accordingly.

We do have a 7 day retention policy, if you lose 50% lashes within the first week we will offer a free touch-up.

Nail Enhancement Policy

If your nail breaks or falls off for no reason, we can fix them at no cost with 48 hours of your appointment. After 48 hours there will be an additional cost. Must be in touch with front desk to schedule the fix  

All staff are licensed, trained and knowledgeable in their field of service and provide quality service. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we ask that you let us know immediately to fix the problem. No refunds will be issued for any service(s)

Depending on the condition of your natural nail and nail health you may be advised against getting gel nail enhancements

Any nail art including gems, designs, ombre, french polish etc will have an additional charge. This is to cover the extra time, product cost. Also, prices can vary with skill level as some technicians paid for additional training and education (this is standard in our industry)

Service Guarantee

We do follow up calls within a week of your appointment to make sure your service was satisfactory. If you are not satisfied, we require you to re book within the first week to make changes and avoid any additional charges. We offer a 7 day guarantee on lash extension if you lost more then 50% in those 7 days we offer a free touch up.


Our staff are in high demand, so we ask that you please be respectful of their time by honouring your appointment. We understand that things happen and you may need to cancel your appointments, but we ask that you please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If more than two “no shows” appear on your file, you will have to pay a non-refundable deposit that will go towards your future appointments.

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. We may require a 50% deposit to hold any future appointments if you have no-show appointments on your file. This deposit will of course go towards your future appointment. We may require a credit card at the time of booking.


We ask that you please show up for your appointment on time if you’re delayed or late please call the front desk staff. If you are more than 15 mins late it could result in a cancelled appointment or if time allotted an express appointment.


In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion

Credit Cards

We accept cash, debit card, apple pay, Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express. We do not accept checks.


We base all our prices as a starting point, service providers can have slightly different prices as per skill level and education, this is standard in our industry. Our service providers will go over your services and define any changes to pricing if needed during your consultation.

New Clients

We ask that all new lash clients, hair extensions, and colour corrections to please fill out a short waiver form. This will provide you with all the necessary steps to make sure your service is an outstanding one.

Gift Cards

All gift cards are final sale and can be purchased online or our shop location

YoLove beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use.


At YoLove Beauty our experts will prescribe you with the perfect products for your needs. We recommended you speak with a staff member to help answer all your questions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to help you find the right one.

Personal items such as combs, brushes, nail products, polishes, hair accessories, hair extensions, cosmetics items are final sale and not returnable. Our Redken products have a 28-day return policy, which mean you have 28 days after receiving your items to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
